Donna Mae Dawson, 75, of Yardville, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Capital Health Medical Center at Fuld.
Born in, Trenton, she was a longtime area resident. A graduate of Trenton High School, Donna Mae retired from the Trenton Police Dept., Office of Municipal Court after 25 years of service. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Colonial View Firehouse in Morrisville, PA. and enjoyed bowling and Sunday Bingo.
Predeceased by her parents, Thomas Sr., and Evelyn (Coble) Hines; and her grandson, Christopher South; she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Rebecca Dawson; friend and companion of 42 years, David Schooley: her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Lorraine Hines; 2 granddaughters, Lexi & Morgan Dawson, as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visiting hours for family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ. A prayer service will take place at 8:00pm.
Burial will be private at Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.
