Albert Payakovich, 93, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Compassionate Care Hospice at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Miners Mills, PA, Albert moved to the Bordentown area in the early 1950’s and was a longtime area resident for many years. He and his late wife Beatrice then moved to New Port Ritchie Florida, returning to the area in 2013. Albert was an Army Veteran, and in his spare time an avid baseball fan rooting for the Phillies.
Husband of the late Beatrice C. Payakovich who passed in May of 2018, he is survived of his son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Angela Gould of Hamilton; two grandchildren and their spouses, Melissa and Russell Newborn, and Steven and Krista Gould; four great grandchildren, Cole and Brody Newborn, and Jacob and Sarah Gould; many nieces, nephew, cousins, and other family members.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October, 18, 2018, 11 a.m. at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
