Carmelo (Carmen) Messina, 59, of Hamilton, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at home.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. Carmen’s working life was through his skill and craftsmanship as a carpenter and contractor. He was an accomplished tradesman and custom wood finisher and was very proud of this skill.
Son of the late Joseph F. and Anna M. (Franks) Messina. He is survived by his two daughters, Kaitlyn and Megan Messina, whom he adored; six sisters and four brothers-in-law, Deborah Gregory, Dora and Eric Hannawacker, Darlene and Edward Krisak, Mary and Tim Elmer, Margaret and John Straccio and JoAnn Messina; one very special brother, Joseph Messina; two aunts, Marie Moceri and Frances Severino; one uncle, John Tammelleo and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the pandemic, memorial services will be private.
All services under the direction of the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, Yardville.
