Don Fletcher

November 10, 1932 - October 6, 2018



on A Fletcher, 85, of Bedford County, PA passed away on October 6, 2018 with his family by his side. Born in Whitehorse, NJ, he retired from Westinghouse Electric and move to Bedford County, PA to start the next chapter of his life.


He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of the Garden State Archery Club and the National Rifle Association. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved wood working.

Don was the son of the late George & Etta Fletcher. He was predeceased by his son-in-law Mike Greenwald and his sister-in-laws, Kay and Adele Fletcher.


He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Frances “Sis” Fletcher;Three daughters, Patricia Greenwald of Yardville, NJ, Donna Fletcher-Lugo and her husband John Lugo of Hamilton Township, NJ, Brenda Erbe and her husband Bill of Ringoes, NJ; Three grandchildren; Matthew Erbe, Michael Erbe, and Zachary Lugo.Two brothers; Charles Fletcher of Hamilton Twp, NJ, and James Fletcher of Washington Crossing, PA along with several nieces and nephews.


His greatest enjoyment was camping with his grandsons and spending time with his family.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 12th from 6-8 p.m. at Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad Street in Hamilton.


Entombment will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562, on October 16, 2018 at 1 p.m. with Military Honors.
