Jennifer Leigh Weisneck, 31, of Yardville, passed away June 14, 2020 at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton. Born in Princeton, she was a lifelong Hamilton area resident, and attended Hamilton High West. Some of the things Jen enjoyed the most were shopping, vacations at the shore and spending time with her family, especially her son Jayden.
If you ever met Jen, you know how loving of a person she was. Her presence would light up a room. She was caring, outgoing and made friends everywhere she went.
Predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Louise and William Weisneck, and her maternal grandparents, Alice and Leon Kowalski; she is survived by her son Jayden Weisneck; her parents, David and Victoria Weisneck; her sister and brother-in-law, Heather and Jason Wood; nieces, Ella and Gianna Wood; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00am, Friday, June 19, 2020, at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am at St. Gregory the Great Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Yardville, Memorial Home.
