Michael L. Harrington, 73, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Virtua Hospital in Marlton.
Born and raised in Trenton, he was longtime Trenton/Hamilton area resident, most recently residing in Florence for the past 20 years.
Michael was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for Trane Manufacturers for over 25 years. In his spare time, he was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, always rooting for the Phillies and Eagles. Mike also enjoyed relaxing on his deck, enjoying classic rock music or a Phillies game on the radio. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and adored his grandchildren.
Son of the late Walter Harrington and Ruth Harrington Krasnicki, he is survived by his two children, his daughter Lisa Harrington and her fiancé Chae Smith, his son Jason Harrington, and his wife Jennifer; one brother Walter “Jack” Harrington; his four beloved grandchildren, Dominic, Gianna, Ellie, and Michael; extended family, Patrick Velenger and Ronald Kaiser; and many close friends.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Wednesday morning, June 9, 2021, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street in Hamilton. A brief prayer service will be held 12 p.m. at the memorial home. Burial will follow in Ewing Church Cemetery.
