Ruth E. Mycock

April 2, 1927 - December 19, 2020

Ruth E. Mycock, 93, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center surrounded by her loving family.


Born in Trenton, she was a Hamilton resident all of her life before moving to Cream Ridge in 1996. She was life members of the Rusling Hose Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the Mercer County Fireman’s Ladies Auxiliary, the State Fireman’s Ladies Auxiliary, former president of Rowan Wiley PTA, and a former member of Broad Street Park United Methodist Church.


Predeceased by her parents, John and Edna (Hartman) Hardisty; her husband, John M. Mycock; and her sister, Doris M. Fraser. She is survived by her daughter Sandra (William) Fowler; her grandchildren, Christopher Fowler,


Shelly (Jerry) Horner and Scott Fowler; great grandchildren, Kaylyn (Tim) DeVries, Dylan Horner, Austin Horner, Zachary Fowler, Madison Fowler; and a great-great granddaughter, Hannah Mae DeVries, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and neighbors.


Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A prayer service will take place at 10:30 a.m.


Burial will follow in Colonial Memorial Park.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 3525, 77 Christine Avenue, Hamilton, NJ, 08619.
