Sharon DeMarcello, 70, of Fairless Hills PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Capital Health Systems at Hopewell.
Born in Trenton NJ, she was a longtime area resident, living in Deutzville for many years and most recently Levittown PA. Sharon was a nurse for 42 years and worked at both Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Saint Francis Medical Center retiring from St. Francis. After retiring from nursing, she continued her passion for helping others by working as an aide for Easter Seals of Southeastern, PA. Sharon devoted much of her time at the Holy Cross School, she would read to the children and help them in any way needed. She enjoyed family trips to the Jersey shore, especially Atlantic City. But most of all, Sharon loved her family. She was a loving Mom-mom who adored her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents, John Duboski and Julia Szczukowski step father Stephen Nemeth; and her son Michael DeMarcello, she is survived by her husband of 36 years, Frank DeMarcello; sons, Dwayne Daniels and Lindsay Rafalski, and John and Jennifer DeMarcello; stepchildren, Sherri DeMarcello, Annette (DeMarcello) and Carlos Gonzalez , Frank and Kelly DeMarcello, Jr.; brother, Bernie Nemeth; sister, Paula and Mike Burton; 12 grandchildren, Nekole, Stephen, Makayla, Jacklyn, John, Nicholas, Rosalie, Angelica, Dillon, Arielle, Paige and Anthony; 5 great-granchildren, Jameson, Gabriella, Cayson, Sadie, and Victoria, as well as many other dear family and friends.
Sharon’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the entire staff of Capital Health Systems at Hopewell for their exemplary care.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Visiting hours for family and friends will be prior to the service from 11:00am until 1:00p.m at the Memorial Home.
Burial will be private.
