William R. Gordy, (Bobby), passed away on July 29, 2019 due to complications from Metastatic Lung Cancer.
He is predeceased by his parents James and Frances Gordy, he is survived by his wife Mary Anne; his four children, Matthew, Dominique, William II, and David; siblings, Carl (Jennifer), Shelia (Jeff Willimas), and half brother Gary Steinger (Kerry), his Aunt Emily, Uncle Vern, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and very amazing friends.
His works included being a proud Army Veteran, traveling Carney, and a tattoo artist whose works will be proudly worn by the thousands he reached at the multiple shops he had the pleasure of working at up and down the east coast.
He will be dearly missed by so many. A person like him comes but once in a lifetime. An amazing husband, father, and friend, his life was taken way too soon but he made the most of every moment. His stories and memories will live on by all who knew him.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dave Oldham, James and Jen Stark, Jack Howell, Ashton Thompson, and Lobo Andrews for all their love and support, and also any dear friends we may have left out.
